Refund Policy

This policy covers the Car Cost Report, once available. Guides, the calculator, the worksheet, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

Late reports

If your report arrives later than we promised, you can ask for a full refund and still keep it.

Not satisfied

If the report isn't useful, email hello@easyautocompare.com within 30 days of delivery with the email address you ordered with, and we'll refund it. No reason needed.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
